By downloading, installing or using the Vyve Care application ("App") or visiting bestperiodtracker.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the App and Website, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.
2. Description of Service
Vyve Care provides a period tracking and women's health platform that includes:
- Menstrual cycle tracking and prediction
- Ovulation and fertility tracking
- PCOS and hormonal health management tools
- AI-powered health coaching and recommendations
- Nutrition and workout guidance
- Health product shopping (supplements, apparel, equipment)

IMPORTANT: Vyve Care is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The App and Website provide general wellness and health information only.
- Vyve Care should NOT be used as a form of contraception
- Period and ovulation predictions are estimates, not medical facts
- Always consult your doctor before making health decisions
- If you have a medical condition (including PCOS), consult your healthcare provider
4. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Share your account with other users
- Submit false or misleading health information
- Use the App to harass or harm others
6. Subscription & Payments
Vyve Care offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Vyve Care App and Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is the property of Vyve Care and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyve Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
